Minimal Collection: Clarify is designed to collect only the information necessary to provide our service and improve user experience.
No Analytics or Tracking: We do not collect, store, or transmit any analytics data, user behavior patterns, or personal information about your tasks, projects, or productivity habits. We have no interest in monitoring how you use the app.
All your data (tasks, projects, contexts, notes, and settings) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data remains under your control and is not transmitted to our servers.
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is transferred and stored in your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. We do not operate a separate cloud copy of your tasks; sync is handled through Apple's infrastructure and governed by Apple's privacy policies.
Clarify offers optional integrations with third-party services. These integrations are under your control and require your explicit permission to enable. Availability of some integrations may depend on Lifetime Pro.

Data stored locally on your device is protected by iOS platform mechanisms. If you enable iCloud sync, transfer and storage follow Apple's CloudKit practices as described in Apple's documentation and privacy policy.
We do not operate servers that store your task content. Your tasks, projects, and notes are not transmitted to our servers. When you enable optional third-party integrations, data shared with those services is governed by their policies.

Clarify is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of Clarify after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Clarify is developed and operated from Canada by Keelwright. If you enable optional integrations with services based in other countries, your data may be transferred to and processed in those countries in accordance with their respective privacy laws and our agreements with those services.
